We encourage our Colleagues to report any concerns about unethical behaviour or breaches of this Code. Insight Technology Search will not tolerate any retaliation against individuals who report such concerns in good faith.

Insider Trading
Colleagues must not use any confidential or non-public information for personal gain. Insight Technology Search strictly prohibits insider trading and expects Colleagues to comply with all relevant regulations.
